Fairly clean property with welcoming and nice staff in the excellent service they provided Malcolm went to every effort to make our stay special. Airy and budget rooms with an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk. Exceptionally comfortable 

Will be back, the hotel was reasonably clean, and location very close to Blackpool centre was particularly good and perfect. The breakfast here was gorgeous with juice. The room was decent sized plus

We had the double room provided with very comfortable beds, bathroom, as for instance. The location was lovely to the train station which was very good of them. Also, we visited Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium, located relatively close 

This place was ideal for what we needed, would recomand. The rooms were budget & neat with twin beds.

Family queen room with a very comfy bed and TV plus a good hearty English breakfast. Particularly good location close to the beachcomber and ample parking spaces behind property with free parking.

Everything was excellent, I would recommend. Had enjoyable stay in the excellent service they provided with excellent staff and magnificent location to the sea front where everything is happening. There was a wide array of outstanding meals.

The hotel was brilliant and exceptionally clean, it had free wi-fi, its location was marvellous close to football stadium.
